Services Tools and Review:

Envoy will provide monthly reports that include performance, metrics and outstanding issues.  Our Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will work with the client to define a desired report set that may include:

  • Management Summary

  • Performance Charts- Straight-forward graphs and tables that illustrate the management summary 

  • Service Improvements- Service details from the measured period depicting how Envoy can help the client make improvements to the service to benefit the business.

  • On-Depth Analysis-  A "nuts and bolts" level of analysis used at a technical level to connect our performance with the client's goals to ensure optimal service availability.
